RETURN POLICY:

Please send us an email Before you want to return the Item. These are Customized, made to order product. We cant reuse it. We will have to analyze your concern before accepting Return. Notify Chalk board poster team within seven days of the purchase date to arrange a refund or exchange. Your Request will not be entertain if you will generate a return after your event. The condition of returned items must be new and unused.

Upon receiving your return, We will inspect the condition of the item. Once we are satisfied, we approve the refund or exchange. Refunds take seven business days from the returns approval for me to process payment. When your returns processed, we will notify you on whats app number.
